HOW TO TRACK ORDERS

Your parcel will be scanned in a USPS Sorting Facility within 1-2 business days of putting your order. You will then obtain an e-mail containing the tracking number of your package from UPS.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Boomboor accepts American Express, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and a variety of other local debit and invoice cards.
All payment options available for your area will be shown on the checkout page once you have entered the delivery country.

Exchanges & Returns

RETURN PROCESS

We offer a return for an exchange or store credit.
Our policy lasts ten business days within the US, and twenty business days for International returns from the day package was delivered. We will not offer returns or exchanges or store credit after ten/twenty business days.
Items must be in the same condition (unworn and untagged) to qualify for a return, or store credit.
We require proof of purchase to complete returns.
Additional items that can not be returned: Gift cards.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will give you an email notifying you that we have obtained your returned product. We will also notify you of your exchange’s approval or refusal.
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and you will receive a store credit that can be used for your next purchase.

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund when an item ordered is sold out before shipping to customers. Allow seven-ten business days for the money to be credited into your account/credit card. Delayed or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or recheck your bank account it may be a delay caused by your bank or credit card company.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@boomboor.com.

All sale items are FINAL SALES!
Only regular priced items may be qualified for an exchange, return or store credit.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total order. The time it can take for your exchanged merchandise to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you ship an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance as we do not ensure that your returned item will be received.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

No! You will only get free shipping for orders above $100. US buyers only!
